Welcome to the Order of the IonCross
The Order of the IonCross is a World of Warcraft Horde Guild on the US Skywall server. We blend a social guild with raiding and high-end gameplay. Our members range in age from early teens to mid fifties and while talent and skills are important, member maturity and social skills are also required. If you are interested in joining us, please review the Guild Charter posted in the General Forum. If you share those goals and priorities, you will probably be a good fit with us. Click on New User on the bar above to submit an application. If you are a little confused about the application, refer to the Application Process post in the General forum.
The Ioncross Gaming Community covers a variety of other games including Ioncross Total War (a Freelancer mod), Eve On-line, Team Fortress 2 and Guild Wars. The community is available at http://www.ioncross.com.
OIC - It's not just about the high score. People mean more than the game. |

A number of those in attendance had taken Malygos down before, but as a guild, this was a first for us. Congratulations to all involved.
Some of us may have started there, some of us may have dabbled with the Alliance in the dim dark past before joining the glory of the Horde ;-) Some of you, like me, may have Alliance characters languishing at Level 60 hanging in deserted Shattrath. Well the sky does appear to have fallen in, because Blizzard has announced future faction transfers. http://www.wow.com/2009/06/29/faction-changes-coming-to-the-world-of-warcraft/Not much detail and of course it will cost real money, but it's going to bring about a few changes. First for me is gettting rid of that Dwarven priest and bringing him over to a more suitable race ;-) It also means that if you have friends that are lonely as Alliance, they can join you on the Horde and vice versa. Blizzard will obviously try and use this as another method to address faction server imbalances, but it means I can finally get my priest to 80 ;-)
